Please note:  Delivery may take from 1 to 2 weeks after your order depending on available versions in stock. we strive to keep the budget shipping and sometimes we need to combine multiple orders from the vendor to continue and pass this savings on to you. Thank you for your understanding and order.

We do not ship on weekends. Next day orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (CST) to be shipped the same business day. Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter any special order time frames listed for a particular product or products that are temporarily out of stock. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacture and require up to 2 weeks to process your order. If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order

 

Return Policy

EJF (Electric Jet Factory)'s one goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused product within 20 days from the date your order is shipped for a refund of the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original package or with all hang tags attached. You must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. We also accept returns of items that are in non-working condition or have a manufacturer defect. You must notify us within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Free replacements or reimbursements will not be made if reported after 20 days. There are no exceptions to this policy.
